Human Resource Management
 Fully accountable for complete HR activities including re-sourcing, Job Description, recruitment, selection, On Boarding formalities, staff welfare, job evaluation, training-development, HR policies, HR procedures, Attendance, Payroll, Leaves, Leave Salary, End of Service benefits, Performance Appraisal, Exit Interview, designing and implementing HR strategies and processes.
 Manage all levels of recruitment, motivation and training of the entire staff; work with them to ensure that they had the skills, knowledge and motivation to carry out their roles effectively.
 Deal with understaffing, resolving conflicts, dismissing employees and administering disciplinary procedures.
 Identify and implement the most appropriate or effective route for staff development and training through self development, online program and classroom training.
 Review existing compensation-benefit policies; identify loopholes; and establish competitive programs.
 Development of short and long term organizational plans as needed in HR Career Path Planning, Budgeting.

Administration Management
 Expertise in managing daily office work and handling administrative and personnel issues.
 Assume full responsibility of business communication and interaction with a spectrum of clients, suppliers and vendors. Oversee business administration to ensure smooth running of company.
 Solve business difficulties and consult with department managers for the betterment of the company.
 Oversee the availability of all resources within the department to ensure smooth flow of operation.
 Maintain relationship with internal departments and other third parties dealing with the company.
 Improve turn-around times by providing suggestions for signification of procedures and controls.

My Responsibility: -

Human Resources Development
•Overall in charge of the HR /Admin department. (Reporting to Managing Director).
•Recruitment; liaison with recruitment agencies (local & overseas), screening the applications & selection, arranging the interviews, conducting primary interview for the candidates, database maintenance, preparing contracts for the candidates, follow up, co-ordination with PRO for processing necessary clearance & Visa etc
•Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
•Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
•Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
•Prepares performance review forms and directs the distribution of the forms to supervisory personnel.
•Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
•Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.
•Evaluate job positions, classifying and reclassifying positions and preparing job descriptions.
•Passport custody, Control, regularization of documents and consulate related works.

Employee & Labor Relations
•Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
•Maintaining the legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
•Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
•Coordinates grievance panel nominations, hearings, and activities.
•Responsible for labor relations, provides advice and counsel on personnel issues.
•Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
•Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
•Administers human resource policies, programs and practices, including planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating and directing.

Total Rewards
•Directs benefits administration, enrollment and open enrollment meetings.
•Keeps records of benefits plans participation and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics.
•Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
•Administers benefits programs such as health, and dental insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
•Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.

Workforce Planning & Employment
•Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, transfers.
•Develops and administers an effective recruitment program.
•Coordinates recruitment efforts with hiring managers, coordinates interviews, accepts resumes and applications, interviews and participate in the final decision process.
•Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation.
•Designs personnel forms and directs the maintenance of personnel records by all departments.

Compensation & Benefits
•Monitor and report the management to any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount.
•In charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth and efficient operation.
•Gather all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits.
•Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.
•Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards).
