Review of drawing and checked the dimensions in fabrications.
Fit up inspection of fabricated spools involving all aspects like orientation, material identity, Traceability, dimensional accuracy and ensuring the use of latest revision of approved drawings.
Preparing all quality documents, welder ID’s and approved by the client
Checked the test certificates, calibration certificates of oven, consumables, Instrument, equipments.
Monitored welding operation & final weld profiles.
Reviewed all the NDT procedures and acceptance criteria issued by client.
Witnessing the NDT methods.
All the documents are properly maintained and approved by the client.
Verifying correct use of WPS, Welders, Preheat and Electrode drying ovens at field Line inspection after the construction activities.
Review of PWHT reports, NDE reports.
Knowledge about NDT, RTFI.
Verification of the punch items which is attended by the construction
Preparing the weld summary as per the isometric and clearing the NDT requirements as per the project specifications
Monitoring the heat treatment charts
Reviewing the test packages and coordinating with the client for completion of all the tests
Witnessing the hydro test, Air Blowing & Pneumatic test.

With HEISCO cross country pipe line projects like HUNDAI KOC 1 Pipe line Project Mutla.(Installation of low sulphur fuel oil, FG and Gas from MAA to sabiya and Doha Power Station) as a Welding Inspector.
