➢ Leads the contractor management operations for Asia Pacific, Europe & Middle East

➢ Focus on Cost management, service delivery quality and client satisfaction, partnering with the business to
move supply of resources effectively and efficiently within the competencies
➢ Envisions, directs and is accountable for the consistent delivery of staffing operations across the shared
service model.
➢ Responsible for staffing strategies, financial management and budgets
➢ Work with process owners from other delivery centres to bring in efficiency and standardisation globally
➢ Monitoring all service standards metrics and inappropriate service levels are handled consistently and fairly
➢ Drives projects and process changes to improve and optimize resources and operations as per the global
framework
➢ Identify and effecting continuous improvement and service delivery excellence opportunities throughout the
operations functions by identifying and adopting best practices.
➢ Ensure delivery of services according to published standard operating procedures and in line with required
services levels
➢ Seek opportunities to increase the volume of transactions managed and the scope of services provided by
the team
➢ Identify trends and process gaps, drive a culture of waste removal, identify and mentor areas of focus
where projects are required
➢ Provides leadership, direction, coaching, feedback, and where appropriate performance improvement

My responsibility with the organization is to manage a team of 18 resources who handles the Workforce Administration and Comp & Benefits which include the reward and absence management of a MNC company with offices across the globe:
Manage a team of case advisors\SME’s who works on the following:-
Offers to successful applicants, compile shortlists and interviews with dept. Managers
Assists in developing, consolidating & carrying out the annual recruitment plan and budget as agreed with the departments
Check for references, educational certificates, generate contract for employee’s and liaise with employee’s and line managers for set up of employee on appropriate systems
Liaise with payroll, employee’s, line managers and HR Business Partner’s for any salary related discrepancies
Manage the international assignments for employee’s across the globe
Responsible for employee’s data quality in systems
Forecast the team’s objectives and productivity on a short and long term basis
Motivate team members; give guidance in a constructive manner to improve the performance management
Constant interaction with customers/clients/management regarding any change (system, process and people), issues, concerns, and expectations on service level agreements
Identify and manage the new process which are in the transition phase from the onshore depending on the cost and efficiency
Manage the issues raised by the employees via proper escalation mechanisms
Act as a single point of contact for the entire team and the senior management on key deliverables of the process
Work as an internal auditor for the project in identifying key risks on project deliverables
Involved in team appraisals, one on one and career counselling
Performing competency based interviews
My broad responsibilities were:
Leading a team of 10-12 members involved in a couple of process in Human Resources i.e., Application Data Management and Background Checks which process and updates information for the recruiter’s.
Also experienced in Vendor Training Management which identifies and process all the training requirements, logistics requirements and related issues for the clients by interacting with the Offshore and Onshore Service Providers
Interacting with US Office and co-ordinating all training related issues and reference checks reports.
To ensure a balance between task and people, which are maintained at all levels.
Establish and delegate plans to team members to delegate duties and minimise operational risk.
Establish and improve strategic team improvements.

Involved in leading a team of 15 who maintains CITIBANK ATMs round the clock, reconciling the cash deposits as well as the withdrawals and reporting the overall daily activities to the Manager.
Co-ordinating with banking authorities on various issues pertaining to funds available
