1- Project W- Design, Build and operate Dual 20T Cable Material Transportation System.

 Supervise the installation, alignment, and commissioning of cable crane mechanical equipment.
 Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and installation procedures before execution.
 Ensure all mechanical work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
 Coordinate with civil, electrical, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
 Inspect wire ropes, sheaves, pulleys, winches, towers, anchor systems, and structural components for proper installation and condition.
 Monitor lifting operations and verify that all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
 Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of cable crane equipment.
 Diagnose mechanical faults and implement corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.
 Ensure proper lubrication, adjustment, and replacement of mechanical components.
 Conduct load testing and functional testing before commissioning the cable crane system.
 Prepare daily progress reports, maintenance records, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
 Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for equipment installation and maintenance activities.
 Ensure all lifting equipment, tools, and accessories are inspected and certified before use.
 Monitor spare parts inventory and arrange timely procurement of critical mechanical components.
 Participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
 Support project completion by ensuring mechanical systems are fully operational and handed over according to project requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinated with civil, electrical, and telecom teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Inspected fabricated steel components for dimensional accuracy, welding quality, and
compliance with approved drawings.
• Supervised the erection and alignment of telecom towers, monopoles, poles, and equipment
support structures.
• Ensured proper installation of antennas, microwave mounts, cable ladders, equipment racks,
and associated mechanical components.
• Conducted site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, quality standards,
and HSE requirements.
• Monitored welding, bolting, and structural assembly activities to ensure compliance with
