Key Responsibilities
Leading the overall HR & Administration function on project site. Formulating, implementing, and communicating HR & Administration budgets, policies, and SOPs in line with changing business environment.
Assisting PRO for (visa applications, renewals, obtaining work permit, de-porting formalities) and arranging Ticket and accommodation for employees on their arrival to UAE/Qatar/Algeria Coordinate the implementation of employee related services, policies, and programs. Discharge responsibilities on whole gamut of administrative areas ranging from policy compliance by employees to travel, accommodation, vendor management, contract administration, inventory management, security and safety of assets as well as personnel and adherence to legal requirements. Maintaining employee database & personnel files Designing & planning the induction & orientation programs on policies, job roles for smooth absorption of employees Working on time-office operations, processing & verifying payroll to timely disbursement of salaries Coordinate the implementation of employee related services, policies and programs. Organizing employee engagements & welfare programs and ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations Managing the general, office and site administration; monitoring the operations pertaining to housekeeping, security, transportation, pantry services, stationery, telecommunication, internal transport, overseas employee travel and so on Negotiating and amicably settling issues among the workmen, staff, officers, managers, and unions arising due to time office, salary & wage administration matters Addressing the employee issues and conducting proper follow-ups with concerned departments along with counseling sessions with employees, facilitating skip level meetings and many more Transport Safety and compliance
Highlights
Implemented several measures to identify abnormalities in (Third party Time Sheet, Ticket, Guest House & Hotel booking, General affairs procurement, and Transportation). Implementation of contracts for Facility Management, Security, Facility Management, AMCs, Hotel, GH accommodation and Transport.
