• Responsible for managing resources, mechanical design, detailed engineering, value
engineering, and planning to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within
budget.
• Successfully completed over 130+ projects in the Middle East and Saudi Arabia, in-
cluding high-rise buildings, healthcare facilities, and commercial buildings.
• Collaborate with the project manager to resolve project design issues and provide
technical clarity during development of design drawings that comply with LOD 200,
300 & 400.
• Manage authority submissions to ensure compliance and coordinate with clients to
conduct meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Reports critical issues to Mechanical Director/Project Manager and initiate/respond
to all planning and time-related correspondence.
• Preparation of Layout design for HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting system, Equip
ment Schedule & Mechanical Room Sizing with respect to the maintenance and
space allocations
•Conduct design review, verification/validation, Shop drawings review & value engi-
neering to ensure project success.
