Duties and Responsibilities:-
. Documentation & Filing of IMS & HSE for Safety and ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, Certification.
. Doing Monthly Risk Assessments in Various Jobs carried out in workshop.
. Lead a team of Foreman and Technicians to carry out the jobs mentioned by the Customer
. Maintaining and follow up of various parts according to inflow of vehicle.
. Delivery of the vehicle with proper explanation of the jobs carried out to the customer.
. Training all employees in matters of HSE Conduct Safety Induction for staffs and technicians.
. Preparation of QHSE Monthly reports and updating to QHSE Comity about the details.
. Conducting accident/incident investigation Liaise with DOT.
. Conduct inspection of P.P.E &Safety tools, prepare reports and maintain records.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
. Communication to the customer regarding the repairs to be carried out and additional charges, if any.
. Attend to customers and recording all their complaints to be communicated later to the Workshop floor.
. Maintaining and follow up of various parts according to inflow of vehicle.
. Lead a team of Foreman and Technicians to carry out the jobs mentioned by the Customer
. Ensuring smooth delivery of the vehicle with proper jobs carried out as per customer Complaints.
. Job card opening, issuing of parts with MRS and closing with invoice both labor on stand dealer stand.
