#Key Responsibilities
• Prepare measurement sheets for work done and getting qty approval prior to payment application.
• Getting site progress and preparing monthly valuations according to the SIR, MRV and Delivery notes.
• Calculate variation with cost in accordance to the revised approved drawings, in accordance with conditions of contract.
• Discuss and obtain approval of site variations with client QS.
• Negotiation and Quantification with client and construction management team.
• Verify sub contractors bill with respect to quantity and work done & reconciliation and payment certificate.
• Prepare Subcontractors payment schedule according to Payment certificate and payment terms.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Keeping logs for Variation, Payment Certificate, PS & PC Nomination,
• Quantity reconciliation and all other related works to quantity surveying.
Study the Contract Documents and understand the scope of the project.
Prepare Bills of Quantities for subcontract as per the Specification and Schedules, transmittal to the enquiry to subcontractors.
Analyzing the subcontractor’s quotations and preparing comparison statement for subcontractor finalization.
Getting site progress and preparing monthly valuations according to the SIR, MRV and Delivery notes.

•Take off quantities from drawings, tabulating, analyzing, formulating the information to facilitate the preparation of bills of quantity and tender documents for competitive project tender submissions and raising any queries and discrepancies to the consultant/client.
•Prepare Bills of Quantities for subcontract as per the Specification & Schedules, transmittal to the inquiry to subcontractors, clarifying the quarries raised by subcontractors, making the budget for the Subcontract, analyzing the subcontractor’s quotations, making work orders & summaries etc.
•Getting site progress and preparing monthly interim payment application for upstream and downstream according to the RIW, MIR, MRV and delivery notes.
•Checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
•Engineering Estimates, Valuing extra works and Participate in negotiations associated with Variation Orders for additional works and contractor claims.
•Valuing Sub Contractors payments as per actual work done at site.
•Prepare and maintain records of all subcontractors’ agreements and payments.
•Negotiation and Quantification with client and construction management team.
•Attending weekly and monthly site meeting and prepare MOM.
•Assisting Contracts Manager with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time and supply all relevant information for review at the specified intervals set.
