Verifying draft/original Letter of credit & preparation of discrepancy notes if it necessary and submit to the customer for amendment.
Coordinating with Supply chain /Shipping line Staffs to include LC clauses in Bill Of Lading & Shipping certificates
Preparation of bill of exchange, Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin & Other documents to meet the LC requirements.
Submission of complete LC documents to the bank for negotiation & follow up with bank for the acceptance messages & timely credit of the document value.
Preparing customs documents, Import and Export documents fulfilling L/C requirements.
Responsible for all customs documentation process - Export and Import.
Co-coordinating with Freight Forwarders and Local Customers for payment.
Ensure payment term is fulfilled or credit limit not exceeded.
Preparing and delivering of Invoices for Local consignments.
Preparation of receipts & posting of accounting entries (Sales, bank & Cash payments, receipts etc.)
Provide the sales comparison figure to the account manger.
Attending customer’s enquiries, preparation of Proforma Invoice, faxing/emailing to the customer for reference / confirmation.
Necessary follow-up with factory and Securing loading by committed date and fulfill necessary steps to bring goods to customer’s port within the agreed time.
Ensure all documents are properly submitted to the concern party.
