HR Strategy and budget: Handles the entire HR activities of Indian branches with the assistance of one assistant HR executive.
Recruitment: Management of the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements, Management, middle management and staff level recruitment for nine business centers.
Sourcing of relevant candidates through job portals, Networking, Job posting and references,
Arranging telephonic interviews for outstation candidates, and scheduling for the technical interview with the Technical heads.
Negotiation of Salary, Fixing the Date of Joining, followed by preparing and issuing of the Offer Letter.
Induction for the new incumbent.
Team Handling: Handles a team of one Assistant HR executive and Managers of different centers.
Campus recruitment.
Assessment: Implements the existing assessment tools and frameworks, suggests modifications/enhancements in order to ensure consistency and quality in selection process.
Planning, organizing and coordinating the training and development programs.
Visiting all the centers twice in a month to verify the regular attendance and proper maintenance of the records of the staff.
Maintaining database of the candidates
Maintaining the proper level of follow up with the HR of the companies about the status of the candidates.
Updating with the new requirements from the companies to the team.
Assists in developing and monitoring automated fiscal systems for the purpose of analyzing, maintaining and providing information regarding assigned funds.
Prepares and oversees the preparation of a variety of payroll related documents for the purpose of documenting activities and issues; meeting compliance requirements, and providing audit references.
Reconciles account balances for the purpose of maintaining accurate account balances and complying with related policies.
Compiles data from a wide variety of sources
Payroll, MIS, Costing, Visa Work, Administration, Recruitment, Personnel Management, Attendance Management, Training & Development etc.
