Responsible for all Commercial Operations including Pprocurement, Logistics and trading activities and maintain a professional relationship maintain with suppliers & service providers
Developing new vendors, implementing new procurement strategies and doing technical/commercial discussions including logistics & supply chain operations
Excellent in Price negotiation process, Customs & Logistics and local import permission formalities.
Familiar in import/export process, L/C documentations and Store management operations
Handling group procurement plan from global market and as per company policy and terms.
Forecast, maintain and update the inventory management, customs, Port, Duty & Store operations
Responsible for Quality/Environment/MOH Audits and implementing the WHO-GMP certifications.
Responsible for the entire procurement of all raw materials chemicals and Logistics services
Forecasting the operation requirements and leading purchase, logistics& store members promptly
Releasing the PO, Cross verification of GRN, Monitor the payment dues, financial projections and release of payment with internal departments.
Expertise in freight & operations, shipping documents, government Permissions, Duty Exemptions, customs & free zone approvals and business logistics.
Manage and analyze on-going supplier performance, performance quality, cost and sustainability.
Conducting the integrated Quality Audits as per schedules and acted as MR & lead auditor
Handling multiple procurement locations in various destinations, Strong negotiation with major vendors, Bulk purchase plans, Vessel operations and good problem-solving statics
Hands-on experience in all aspects of chemical manufacturing process including production and operations, Raw material purchase, R&D, Quality control and inventory control
Deep hands-on experience of Production, Product developing and formulation finalising and quality control, inventory management and dispatch.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing speciality chemicals like detergents(food, beverage, hotels, hospitals, milk and poultry industries) and oilfield speciality chemicals
Familiarity with environmental aspects, including EIA studies and ISO9000&14001 requirements.
Excellent team spirit and capable of interacting effectively with other discipline engineers and with other departments such as marketing, sales and accounts
o Proven ability to use applied research and problem-solving skills to support learning as well as lifelong personal and professional development.
o Great ability to perform multi-task and meet deadlines and immense flexibility handling a variety of tasks and shift priorities simultaneously.
o Key member of team to gain ISO 9002 &ISO 14001 certification. Audited existing processes, identified critical gaps and designed new corrective procedures.
o Producing short/long term production Planning, scheduling & forecasting, monthly production and purchase analysis reports and product cost forecasting
