• Responsible for the overall logistics operations.
• Prepared plans for crane movement inside the restricted space of the trellis, including the activities of the tower crane, incorporating HSE compliance and safe execution of activities.
• Prepared short-term look ahead plans and forecasts for recovery to the plan where required.
• Interfaced on a daily basis with the CM and engineers to know upcoming plans.
• Inventory Controlling.
• Hiring and off hiring of heavy equipment.
• Maintaining logistics logs (Inventory Control, Journey management plan, material receipt logs, preventive maintenance log)
• Monitoring purchase orders and coordinating with vendors for delivery confirmation.

Expo 2020 is organized around a central plaza, entitled Al Wasl, enclosed by three large thematic districts. Each one is dedicated to one of the sub-themes of Expo 2020 - Opportunity, Mobility and Sustainability. The Trellis is a long-span shell structure than extends across the 133m of the central plaza area and rises to a height of 67m. The summary scope of the project includes civil & infrastructure works, supply, design, fabrication & installation of structural steel, the world’s largest gantry (BMU) system, MEP works, Façade Fabric and AV installation.
• Responsible for the overall logistics operations.
• Responsible to clear all international shipments. (Imported goods from following countries : Mexico, USA, China, Italy, Sweden)
