•Asssit with the coordination and administration of the operations department

•Work closely with Area Managers and supervisors to identify projects to meet deadlines

•Maintain staff update and movement of staff between the branches

•Handle day -to- tasks and develop solutions for the operational problems

•Organises and distributes minutes of meeting and manage the information for all the operational activities.

•Collection and Consolidation of daily sales report for all branches

•Responsible for keeping Record of Stock on Hand (SOH) and stock movement

•Responisible for tracking Daily Bar Stock in branches(POS)

•Handle and approve daily material request through E-Commerce software.
