Monitor and direct the construction works to ensure the success of the project.
• Ensure that Safety Requirements are fully understood and implemented.
• Responsible for compliance to QA/QC policies and procedures
• Checking and preparing site reports of manpower and work progress status.
• Ensure that the works are executed in compliance with the project schedule and planning of
construction activities & the works are executed in compliance to the IFC drawings and project
technical specifications.
• Report to the Planning department any deviations that could affect the sequence and duration
of construction activities.
• Periodically conduct safety and quality inspections.
• Responsible for mitigation of any delays, emergencies that could arise as a result of construction
activities.
• Promote safety and welfare practices in the work teams.
• Ensuring the full teamwork in the execution of the construction works.
• Review Project Schedule, site construction plans, & projects resources.
• Supervising workers, subcontractors works including, construction, installation of Static and
Rotary equipment including Pressure Vessels, Heat exchangers, column, pumps, compressors,
package equipment, testing, Preservation of equipment’s activities respectively.
• Assurance of safety compliance, communication of all required guidelines with Sub-contractors
and requisitions for site activities.
• Look after all the project material Preservation and its execution in align with describes
procedures.
• Process and resolve concession & deviation requests, non-conformities etc. from the SubContractors.
• Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with Client and Sub-Contractors.
• Review, comment and approve the construction related deliverables given by Sub-Contractors,
including procedures, method statements etc
• Manage production control activities to reduce outages and incidents.
• Manage production planning and scheduling for on-time delivery.
• Recommend process improvements for high quality, cost effectiveness and excellent customer services.
• Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements.
• Supervise team members in their assigned job duties.
• Organize job trainings to employees to achieve production objectives.
• Ensure that team follows security and safety policies.
• Review the job orders with customers and production team.
• Monitor execution of job orders and adjust job schedule to meet the deadlines.
• Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation
• Analyze and prepare documents needed for production.
• Creates production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization.
• Maintains the production schedule and other reports as required.
• Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.
• Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory.
• Coordinate with Department Manager to develop company policies and procedures.
• Working as Production Engineer in Process Equipment Division. Basically dealing with the production activities and Welding Control Activities.
• Deciding the manufacturing sequence, preparing micro / macro level schedule for various projects and planning resources
• Monitoring the project schedule and ensuring the completion of it within the given time parameters.
• Prepare the detailed filtering requirement required for manufacturing activities.
• Coordinating the project activities with various agencies involved in the project viz. QA/AC, Welding Engineering, Design, customer and third party surveyors.
• Providing inputs to manufacturing and inspection from time to time for expediting the project.
• Responsible for proving out and implementing new product ranges.
• Interaction with Internal / External Customers.
• Quality Management for all fabrication work.

• Assist the shift superintendent to achieve the shit targeted production.
• Allocated job to field and supervise the same.
• Tracking action for the availability of raw materials and the other resources for the production.
• Establishing, maintaining and improving production plans and manufacturing schedules.
• Prepare monthly production plan.
• Follow up with material with material dept. and manufacturing of transformer with production dept.
• Maintaining design output (BOM’s & drawings) & circulating the same to concerned dept.
• Close liaison with QC and engineering for smooth execution work.
• Subsequent to the award of the Contract by the customer, receives following job documents from. Project Leader (PL) and responsible for carrying out all subsequent activities necessary for job execution within budget, according to drawings & delivery schedule.
• Forward the estimated consumables and tooling to Store for arrangement
• Responsible for subcontracting of such jobs which are beyond the scope of Production or uneconomical to fabricate at shop.
• Monitor Progress for Project on weekly basis. Coordinate with Quality control, shop supervisor, third party and the Customer for testing as per ITP.
• Hand over the final move order of the completed job to Project leader for onward shipment to Customer and afterward arrange loading/Packing if any Own
• Built up close liaison with Production, Store, Quality Control and Project Management for smooth execution of Project in line with the Customer requirement.
• Planning and execution of all projects.
To look after production activities.
Find the cause of parts damage and take counter measure for controlling damages.
Analyze the quality defects and take counter measure against defects as per feedback from VID & Service department.
To coordinate between shift in charge and team leaders.
Joint working with maintenance department for cost saving
Prepared data regarding preventive maintenance.
Documentation and records maintain according to I.S.O and QMS
Ensure timely collection of production data for daily morning meeting.
Proper utilization of Manpower and distribution according to production plan.
Counter check the attendance, maintenance, activities, employees’ skill improvement, consumption control.
Work on required Man power, Time and motion study Prepare & Monitor all Work standard & instruction sheets.
Plan & schedule for training programs of Kaizen, 5s & job knowledge.
S.O.Ps is being implemented by the principle.
Implementation of safety gears during production.
To control, direct and maintain discipline in the team leaders and other workers.
