B.E (Mechanical Engineering) with 5 Yrs. experience in sand castings foundry manufacturing of steel and iron castings currently I am working as a design and development Engineer, specializing in patterns & coreboxes design, Gating and risering system design, prepare 2D & 3D drawing of various castings & Methods using AutoCAD & solidworks, supervision of pattern shop, inspection of patterns and layout, dimensionally and visually as per drawing. planning of patterns manufacturing and maintenance work as per production plan, outsourcing of patterns, issuing of patterns to foundry, establishing of BOM and documentation work for Audit purpose
