Carry out Active monitoring to check compliance with HSE standards by systematic inspection, safety inspection safety sampling, safety surveys and safety tours.

Conduct internal monitoring for surface water, Noise, Particulate Matter & Ambient Air.
Arrangements for hiring 3rd party to carry environmental monitoring on bi-annual basis.
Develop & Implement Manuals for Safe Use of Chemicals & Paints.
Conduct Risk Assessment and suggesting relevant control measures
Managing Road Safety and Monitor work execution via heavy machinery like crane, excavator, trans-mixture machine, Concrete pouring pumps, Batching plant operation, Grader and Dozers.
Develop and Conduct Toolbox Talks.
Managing Food Safety by assuring Safe, Healthy & Hygienic Food & Water and Conduct health surveillance of workers on quarterly basis.
Monitoring & Managing Rehabilitation & Resettlement Issues at Projects.
Assist Consultant’s and Client’s representatives to develop LARP (Land Acquisition and Resettlement Plan) documentation.
