• Lead Product Engineering Department.
• Manage project design activities & documentation during design phase as per company quality management system.
• Perform & verify basic & detailed engineering design & calculation of Process Equipments (i-e Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Towers, Columns & Tanks) as per Codes (ASME, British, API), Standards (TEMA), client specifications and Standard Industry practices.
• Perform 2D & 3D finite element analysis as per ASME section VIII Division 2
• Provide timely, cost effective & error-less output during design phase of project
• Handling & solving design related issues during fabrication of project
• Perform cost effective design with BOQ of proposals for potential project
• Develop project data sheets, specifications & tender documents of mechanical equipment.
• Contact & review vendor’s equipments quotations & technical data.
• Develop & re-view Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID.)
• Construct & re-view mechanical drawings.
• Design calculations of piping and rotating equipments e.g. Pumps, Blowers, Cooling towers, Valves, Agitators/mixers, Gantry Cranes etc.
• Provide consultancy services during mechanical equipments selection.
• Industry mechanical equipment audits
• Develop curriculum and course outline for the program
• Prepare lesson plan in written form for successfully conducting the training
• Keep record of students enrolled in various programs
• Monitor training activities to ensure they are consistent with company’s policies
• Prepare the post training reports
• Support to marketing department
• Lead CAD/CAM/CAE department
• Lead Rapid Prototype
• Monitor & execution of projects in CAD/CAM/CAE department
