• Develop & lead cost-effective QHSE programs in alignment with business goals and implement sustainable changes.
• Establish QHSE objectives and metrics in line with Company’s/Project’s QHSE Plan, and implement QHSE strategies.
• Implement QHSE management system standards & procedures for all sites across the region according to Clients requirements.
• Manage development of QHSE documents and facilitate certification of Q&HSE Systems.
• Implement IT systems & tools and monitoring tools to enhance business process for the QHSE management setup.

• Develop & drive continual improvement process and improve Quality control process to meet quality objectives.
• Oversee & coordinate the investigation of customer complaints & Quality non-conformances.
• Track and monitor safety incidents, and ensure appropriate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are implemented to close NCRs as well as prevent recurrence of similar incidents.
• Conduct Risk Assessment, and provide risk mitigation plan via HAZOP, HAZID, HAZAN etc. for projects to ensure that risks & hazards are safely mitigated.
• Author Quality control manuals, and ensure implementation of QC process to improve Quality performance.
• Prepare for 3rd Party IMS Audits, and coordinate internal/external audit programs to successful close.
• Carry out of monthly inspections and audits to ensure adherence to QHSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ensure all audit observations are closed in a timely manner with appropriate corrective action to rectify shortcomings.
• Improve relationships with Contractors & Suppliers to imbibe Quality & HSE culture in their business with the company.
• Prepare/review standard operating procedure (SOP) for Quality department, and maintain SOP’s effectiveness.
• Analyse market complaints & resolve complaints through corrective actions
• Compile & present QHSE Statistics to Senior Managers, in terms of KPIs, LTIs, MTIs, etc.
• Ensure that the Emergency Response Plan & Fire Safety Plans for project sites are adequate to meet possible contingencies.
• Prepare Weekly & Monthly reports with audit program to monitor work activities and progress in all Work Site
• Establish Training Programs and campaigns for all QHSE Levels to all Site staff and contractors.
• Drive Business Excellence initiatives and programs to promote and strengthen BE culture and reduce variations.
• Conduct Quality and HSE programs such as Quality Day, Safety Day and Environmental Day.

ISO/ IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17024, IRATA, ACTVET, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, API Q2, EFQM, ASME-QAI-1-2010, IRATA, LEEA, OSHAD, ACTVET, EIAC and ENAS requirements in UAE.
ISO/ IEC 17020 in KSA, Qatar, South Africa and Oman.

Software portal for Quality & HSE reporting for Middle East and Africa.
