I have been working for 23 years as commissioned officer in Pakistan Army in diversified environments and on heterogeneous positions encompassing following spheres:-
• General Administration. Experience in office management, conduct and organization of conferences, seminars and workshops, management of officers messes, clubs and amusement facilities like parks, swimming pools and supervising construction of various buildings.
• Human Resource Management. Experience in assisting overall activities of Human Resource services, policies and procedures, recruitment and staffing, employment, development and training, compensation and benefits administration.
• Security Management / Vigilance Duties. I have experience in security management and vigilance duties to include both internal and external security of an organization, VIP protection, security of documents, measures against sabotage / terrorist activities and employment of security personnel.
• Instructional Experience. Have remained involved in managing a faculty as its Officer Commanding/Wing Commander. Being a leader of the Training Team / Instructional Staff, have also remained physically involved in imparting instructions / training to student officers and soldiers of Pakistan Army in tactics, weaponry, leadership, motivation and religious education.
• Finance. Experience in preparing budgets, operation of accounts and conduct of audits at various levels.

I worked with United Nations in United Nations Mission In Liberia. I was working in Force Headquarters as Information Analyst in Joint Mission Analysis Cell where I was responsible for analyzing different information and preparing report basing on the information received. During the period also interacted with different ex-combatants in the country side and carried out negotiations to bring peace in the area.
