 Executive Support:

Manage the CEO's complex calendar with strategic intent, balancing operational needs
with leadership visibility and alignment with business priorities. Screen and triage all incoming
communications (emails, calls, correspondence), drafting responses as authorized. Prepare briefing
materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings, including concise briefs, context summaries, and talking points. Summarize key outcomes and action points post-meeting, ensuring follow-up and closure with concerned teams.

 Strategic Coordination & Follow-Up:

Track and follow up on CEO decisions, delegations, and key outcomes across departments to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic priorities. Provide
administrative and coordination support for confidential and sensitive initiatives, such as, restructuring, partnerships, or organizational transformations.

 Executive-Level External Engagement:

Coordinate communications and engagements with senior stakeholders, including board members, strategic partners, and high-level external visitors. Ensure proper protocol, briefing, and preparation for such engagements.

 Internal Communications Support:

Assist in drafting internal messages, memos, or announcements on behalf of the CEO, particularly those related to group-wide initiatives or organizational change.

 Office Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Document and track action items from leadership meetings, ensuring follow-through. Maintain confidential files and and records for the executive office.

 Event & Meeting Coordination: Organize board meetings, executive presentations, and corporate events, handling logistics, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes with action points.

 International Travel & Visa Processing: Manage visa applications and travel documentation for the CEO’s business trips, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals
