As an Assistant Vice President in IT, I am responsible for development of:
Introduced Mobile Banking and Internet Banking in the National Bank with the following functionalities.
- Inter bank funds transfer
- Electronic funds transfer
- Utility bill payments
- Mobile topups, internet payments
- Govt tax collection
- Pay via NBP account to any non account holder using government ID
- Payment to 15000+ merchants of Telcos.
- QR code and NFC based instant payment via POS.
Corporate Cash Management, a state of the art software fully integrated with core banking application. It is a software which can be used in managing liquidity, account balances, payments and other cash management functions for corporations.
- It has two main module collection and payments, and have following types of financial and non financial functionalities:
- Balance inquiry, beneficiary information
- Funds withdrawal, funds deposits via cheque, cash, pay order, bankers cheque.
- Lodgement of intruments of other banks.
- Electronic funds transfers including, IBT, IBFT, RTGS, SIDA, tax collection.
- Management of instruments like cheques, pay orders, bankers cheques.
- Management of corporates.
- Customized MIS against each individual corporate company.
As a techno-functional consultant I am responsible to look after Development, Bug Resolution, Configuration Management in the newly deployed Core-Banking (PROFILE) in National Bank of Pakistan.
My main areas of expertise are:

As a Software team lead I am involved in a techno-functional role in various IT software related tasks of the company.
As a software team lead I was:
- Looking after a team of software developers working over different technologies like Java, Oracle and Microsoft DotNet.
- Supervise development of all the existing reports (600+) of legacy Insurance ERP (CLAS) to newly deployed system (Aetins ISF).
- Time management, resource allocation.
- Assisting development team in various non-insurance applications developed in the company.
