• Recruitment, joining, training & induction and Execution of employee of employment agreements.
• Leave, Resignation and replacement/ transfer of faculties including issuance of Office Orders.
• Maintain HR policies and grievance handling.

• Maintaining & updating office documents in hard copy as well as soft copies.
• All assets of the company insured against all possible risks through Insurance Policies.
• Timely submission of the insurance claims and regular follow up the claims.
• Coordinate with various Countries Consulates at Jeddah and also coordinate with different requirement agencies inside and outside of Saudi Arabia.
