Project Details - Multiple Different Projects
• Design and Construct high standard residential projects including Villas.
• Coordinate with different government departments to get mandatory approvals.
• In design phase, engage all designers such as Architectural, Structural, Mechanical/ HVAC etc., for design deliverables based on your project concept requirement.
• Reviews detail design and shop drawings in accordance with standard codes.
• Engage sub-contractors through tendering process, review their bidding proposal and select bidder's based on their proposal historical project.
• Review execution plan including safety plan prior to starting construction work.
• In execution phase, provide consultancy supervision to ensure all works carried out as per design requirements.
• Sub-contractor RFIs clashes detected between structural/ architectural/MEP during construction, arrange responses from designers to ensure continuous work on site.
• Review sub-contractor claims such as extension of time / additional cost and provide responses as per agreed contractual term and conditions.
• Weekly meeting with sub-contractors regarding progress of work at site and preparing snag list at handing over stage.
