Key Deliverables:
•Key Deliverables includes Preparation of Technical Bid Evaluation & MR for Control valves, Actuated on/off valves, Motor operated valves, Pressure relief valves, Analysers and Analyzer shelter with sample handling system and other all inline/off line instruments according to project standard specifications.

•Responsible for release Fire & Gas and CCTV System deliverables like MR & Final BOM, IO Database, C&E diagrams, F&G layout drawings for process area and Electrical buildings and CCTV location drawings, Co-ordination with vendors & Client.
•Participation in P&ID review and HAZOP review meetings
•Preparation of SOQ, MTO, Cable Schedule, Cable block diagrams.
•Review / checking of P&ID’s, Control room layouts, Control Equipment Layout, Piping Isometric drawings, Cable tray layout drawings.

Key Deliverables:
•Accountable for Design and detail engineering of Instrumentation & Control systems, supervising the various activities involved in the instrumentation design of a project consisting of several complex process units including Hydrogen gas production plants.
•Providing comprehensive complex instrumentation engineering and design services by establishing the design criteria and implementing the preparation of specifications, design computations, drawings, models and bills of material (BOM) in accordance with basic project requirements.
•Preparing Plant Control System Enquiry Specifications (YOKOGAWA CENTUM VP), Approving BOM, Conducting Hardware & Software FAT at Vendor locations.
