Strict implementation of Saudi Aramco/ Contractor safety plan and procedures at site.
Conduct safety kick off meeting with subcontractor and explain PMT/Client requirement.
Ensure all contractor and subcontractor employee attend safety induction class before commence activity at site.
Prepare HSE daily, weekly & monthly report and report to SAPMT.
Carry out HSE management walkthrough with SAPMT Team.

Arrange emergency evacuation drill, fire drill, medical drill.
To assist the project construction team in day-to-day safety requirement.
Ensure the maintain log books of daily site observation by HSE officer.
Ensure and maintain log sheet of near miss, incident report and submit PMT as required.
Keep records of inspections, MOM and management walkthrough findings.
Ensure the safe installation and inspection of equipment.
Enforce company PPE, welfare and housekeeping and general site safety rules.
Update and review company plan and procedures as per amended by PMT/Client.
Analysed data and identified areas for improvement, resulting in streamlined processes and increased employee satisfaction.
Developed and implemented HSE safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risk and enhance worker health and safety.
