➢ Inspection Strategies - Configuration of breakdown process, Corrective Maintenance process, Performance and Time based Preventive Maintenance process and Routine Maintenance.
➢ Notification - Scheduling of Notifications based on the Assets inspection requirements.
➢ Work Order - Creation of Work orders based on scheduled inspections.
➢ Maintenance Plan - Creation & change of Maintenance Plans as per requirements.
➢ Scheduling - Scheduling of Maintenance Plans strategies.
➢ Task List - Creation & Updating of Task List.
➢ Counter & Measurement points - Creation & integration of Counter & Measurement points in the Task lists.
➢ Mobility - Implementation of SAP Work Manager.

Material Management & Inventory:
➢ Material Master - Creation of Materials.
➢ Material Type - Resources, Days, Food Items, Recipes.
➢ Migration - To create all the Master Data in Base and to migrate them into Respective Units.
➢ Process Orders - Creation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annually Process Orders.
➢ MRP Run - To Schedule the MRP run on a Weekly basis.
➢ Cost Run - Calculation of Cost through Costing Module.
➢ BOM - To Link all the Master Data based on their Hierarchy level.
➢ Master Data - Creation of Master Data with Assignment of Profit centres, Production Version, Resources & Bill of Material Component.
➢ Production Plan - Creation & Validation of Production plan for annually production.
➢ Product Costing - Cost calculation of finished goods on their forecasted budget.
