My key responsibilities are as follows:
- Develop & Manage IT Strategy aligned with Business Goals and Objectives, to achieve the following benefits for the business:
o Business Process Automation
o Effective Communications
o Staff Productivity Enhancement
o Cost Optimization
- Develop IT Organization Structure to support the IT Strategy, includes Staff Recruitment, Job Descriptions, Reporting Structure, Performance Monitoring
- Develop IT Governance Framework (Policies and Procedures) to support the IT Strategy
- Develop and Supervise Implementation of IT Plan which includes technologies and applications required to support IT Strategy
- Develop, Justify and Manage IT Budgets (Capital and Operational)
- Identify and Manage IT Related Risks
Responsible for day to day IT operations and administration, and also for designing basic business applications
Responsible for Product Management, Pre-Sales Support, Supporting and Training of Support Staff of Dealers Network throughout Pakistan (24 dealers), and also DOS/MacOS compatibility
