Project # Banglalion (BCL) Wimax Project
Position: Project Coordinator (APM), Duration: 8th December 2010 to 1st May 2012
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and uphold customer as per requirement.
* BSS rollout TEI progresses coordinate & supervise.
* Supervise Sub-Con, outsource engineering team.
* Responsible site acceptance management for PAT & FAT.
* Coordination of BS, RF, IP & Core Network team.
* PAT documents organized and propose to customer for PAC.
Project #1: Installation of Digital Telephone Exchange at Chittagong, Khulna and Sylhet in Bangladesh on Turn-key Basis (CKS) \[Contract with BTCL No: DP/F-12/IT/2003-2004/Part-2/121 Dated: 02-09-2004\]
Responsibilities:
* Troubleshooting, operation & maintenance in BTCL KT Digital Switching terminals on demand.
* Project upgrading & reorganizing work survey, coordination and supervision.
* Provide BTCL engineers proper instructions & support about our system and equipments.
* Take care & operate our transmission system and auxiliary equipments like Rectifier, Inverter, AVR.
Project #2: For Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of IP, Transmission, Access and Optical Fiber Cable Network on Trunk-key Basis Under the Project Titled “Internet Information Network Expansion ( Info-Bahan) “\[Contract with BTCL No: DP/F-4/IT/2008-2009/Part-1 Dated: 19-03-2009\]
Responsibilities:
* Supervision and coordination on IP, ADSL, GPON, MSPP & DWDM hardware installation on sites.
* IP (Router & Switch) and Access (ADSL, G-PON & BRAS) commissioning and inter connectivity.
* On demand detail survey and observation at sites all over Bangladesh.
* Work with MSPP & DWDM Korean Transmission commissioning team.
