Preparing Production Plan as per Master project Plan.
* Scheduling production based on the estimated Shop load.

* Review the GA drawings and suggesting the fabrication methods for operations team.
* Resolving the technical shop issues with operations and engineering team for resolution.
* Monitoring the load, upcoming load, backlogs to prioritize, plan and schedule.
* Analyze delays and bottle necks to adjust production schedule to meet deadlines.
* Monitoring status of outsourced items and preparing performance report.
* Transmitting documents and information’s between Subcontractors and internal
departments.
* Preparing the S-curve report in terms of achieved and actual target.
* Preparing daily reports for production status
Modelling of Commercial Products using CAD.
* Process planning for designed products.
* Rendering models & prototyping for commercial needs.

EGA is the major aluminum producer in United Arab Emirates. The structures for new alumina
plant is done at our facility. Project Management in terms of Material preparation, scheduling
production, material management, surface treatment and delivery is done in progressive
manner.

main support and station packages. High quality building structures including columns, arches,
frames, trusses and miscellaneous steel are being delivered in timely manner. Short period of

Structural steel fabrication of Abu Dhabi International Airport Midfield Terminal Building.
Abu Dhabi International Midfield Terminal Building is one of the prestigious projects done by AIC
Steel. The highly complex structures were built in our fabrication unit. The structures were
fabricated precisely for dimensions with least material wastages. The project was completed in
least time.
Design and fabrication of ISTRAC Waveguide
ISTRAC is the one of the major project of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), ISTRAC
Waveguide fabrication was a difficult task faced by ISRO. We at BEL successfully executed it with
