• Responsible for Achieving the regional After Market Target for Road Construction Equipment
• Run and develop the Dynapac After market in the region through dealer network
• Assess the potential / Customer share using Potential Calculator.
• Monitoring dealer targets and results.
• Running Inspection Campaigns, Customer Days and other promotional activities in the region through Distributors.
• Focus on clearance sales, extended warranty, Campaigns, Lubricants, picks etc.
• Developing professional Aftermarket sales network.
• Analysis of the Competitor Prices and giving feedback to division.
• Providing an excellent Aftermarket marketing support to Distributors, customers and sales team.
• Coordinating between Distribution center and Distributors on all Parts related issues.
• Strengthen Distributors by Trainings on various After Market products, Parts On Line, Shop On Line, Intelli Quoter etc
• Coordinating with divisional pricing team in fixing up pricing issues and new Price releases in the region.
• Coordinating with Product Companies/Division in arranging parts for break down orders
• Working closely with Distributors on Placing Stock Orders according to active fleet.
