Ensure effective collaboration with Supply Division, internal partners (sister Concerns), and external counterparts through coordination, communication and networking.
Creation & Maintaining of Local Purchase order, Vendor Master Data, Vendor Contracts & Inventory Management.
Preparation of Comparison Sheet, Costing, Sales Forecasting, Budgeting & other reports required for management.
Negotiation with Vendors to obtain best & competitive price.
Sourcing of goods both in local & International market.
Converting the Purchase requisition into Purchase order
Sourcing of goods both in local & International market.
Creation Of Purchase for the Regular Supplier
Analyzing the supply chain Market
Quality check of PREQ (Purchase Requisition) & SC ( Shopping Cart). Creation of Purchase Order & amendments of Purchase order.
Request for quotation from vendor. Negotiating and performing spot buy with vendors and Follow up with supplier for delivery of goods
Solving discrepancies through emails.
Route cause analysis.(R.C. Analyst.).
Creation of vendor in SAP.
Purchase order acknowledgment, GR Confirmation & Invoice Investigation
Maintaining huddle Board.
