• New CRM implementation, including VAT integration, migration of all customers from all regions from old CRM to new while maintaining daily billing cycle.

Introduced a self-developed Access database called MOWA (Media Operations Workflow Analyzer) and combining it with the
live Content Management System reports from IBM Cognos, was able to reduce cost per asset to $57.64 (18% decrease) and
raise per shift export hour’s to 3:32 hrs (23% increase). In terms of assets, 8132 assets in 2010 rose to 22047 with zero
increase in headcount.
Manage via the CMS, media coming in from the likes of HBO, Universal, Deluxe etc., test new equipment, create policies and
analyze workflow issues for our department.
Set the yearly video targets and strategy for the shift editors, in coordination Head of Media Operations within the Operations Team to monitor delivery and contract compliance, take charge of performance optimization and
reporting
Promo and Compliance editing of linear playout, digital media and deliverables when necessary
Create Technical spec sheets, additional format documentation for delivery to and from distributors, Cinemas, kiosks etc.
