Senior HSE Manager for Noida airport projects

Responsible for overall compliance with local, federal, and International environmental standards and regulations applicable to all projects under Dubai World Central, the worlds’ largest Airport Development. Act as emergency response coordinator for airport projects, Consulting Advisor for testing and commissioning of fuel hydrant system- (which includes 24 km long of fuel pipe line), coordination with Airside Safety Teams to ensure practical implementation of Safety Regulations for fuel testing and commissioning work, etc.  Ensure implementation of Dubai Civil Aviation Safety Management systems and procedures throughout the projects, Conduct HSE Audits, Accident Investigations and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations,  Manage and review HSE Compliance and Performance of multiple Contractors and ensure conformance with the overall Objectives and Targets set by Dubai Airports Engineering Projects.  Develop and contribute to review and enhancement of existing HSE Management Systems, Training and Development programs.  Ensure overall Key Performance Indicators contributing to HSE Management Systems Implementation are strengthened by effective and efficient implementation of work systems and programs.  Advise and provide Consultation to Executive and Operations Management on HSE systems and overall performance.

Assisted in planning, development, evaluation, implementation, and promotion of HSE related programs, activities and policies. Supported training, supervision, and management of all employees and HSE staff on issues related to workplace safety, personal health, and environmental affairs.
Provided specialist guidance on Environment, Health and Safety (EH &S) and integrated EH &S Management system to construction and engineering project management teams, inspection to the super structure manufacturing works for DUBAL, Prevention of accident by educating the work force & motivating them to adhere of safe working procedures etc

Handled 400/220KV Switchyard Unit No.3 & 4, Kaiga Generating Station, Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited, Kaiga Generating Station, Kaiga Karwar, District Uttar Kannada, Karnataka

Safety Officer to Thermal power station responsible for preparing HSE Plan, site inspection, auditing, risk assessment, and accident investigation etc.
Undertook surveillance, audit, and inspection of the activities of contractors on site. issuing work permit for online preventive maintenance and shutdown activities of Thermal power plant, conduct inspection to the coal handling system, crusher units, Conduct periodic inspections of vehicles, equipment, tool & tackles & firefighting facilities at assigned areas etc
