I'm the manager of looking after all duties of the operation and the marketing. I create general duties of core workers. Give the motivational intentions to improve their work conditions. Creating work schedules to covering their absences also. Except salaries I conduct skills compilations to identify special skilled workers and involve them better places also provide them intentions too. According to the service I market the hotel service as my important key work in duties too. I create new strategies for long term all the managerial aspects in order run the business smoothly and terms of expanded. I'm aware of most suitable managerial studies as I'm graduated in uk university in international Business studies.
