CPC overhang and multi stage pumps, Agitator, and Milton Roy chemical injection pumps, KR30-3/4 Kobe co reciprocating compressor, 3D200 -3M_1 (Reciprocating multi stage vertical compressor) HM-9 (centrifugal air compressor) Sun dyne pumps model (LMV 322, LMV 311), Carry out Preventive maintenance, corrective 5th maintenance and shutdown maintenance. Work close to rotating supervisor, planning and operation department to plan the job schedule and support advance preparation small and major equipment’s shutdown activity. Participate in daily schedule meeting with planning department and OMC (operation and maintenance coordinator) lead the millwright teams to performs daily activity Print work order, time confirmation, check spare parts and close work orders by SAP application. Advance Support to the Vendor to perform activity, preparation special tools, spare parts, manpower for big equipment’s overhauling.

overhauling the gear box valves change seal, gears, and install back in the field. Worked on rotary valves and repair Agitator mechanical seals. Replace seal faces both rotary and stationary tungsten carbide and carbon graphite replace all O-rings, springs bellows other parts as needed work up to normal start up.
