Project Planning Activities:
• Currently Resource loading & rectifying HCIS MEP Schedule for Optimize Manpower as per requirements of MEP Project Manager
• Actively supporting Project Manager for ADC Riyadh project by producing P6 based Construction Schedule, dealing with sub-contractor schedule though analysis & offering possible solutions using ‘what if’ scenarios in P6
• Successfully produced primavera P6 based schedule CKA Riyadh & CKA Jeddah project, based on design drawings & BOQ.
• I was able to meet NCSC& RMR projects requirement for schedule development in timely manner using Microsoft Project 2013, based on specs., Design Drawings & BOQ.
• Efficiently organized & optimized various tracking sheets not limited to Material tracking, Document submittals and Drawings (Design, As‐built & shop drawings) for number of disciplines of HCIS & SR projects.
• Effectively played my part in NAM Project Initiation activities i.e. Sub‐Contractor Matrix development, Quote & estimation Analysis.
• Assisted Projects Manager in Contracts Management by developing various analytical reports & track sheets related to Sub‐Contractor Scope, proposals, billings & close-out.
• Actively reviewing Schedules for 4 projects for Scheduling best practices, logic & other parameters

Organizational Restructuring
• Proposed Primavera P6 usage optimization through enhanced cost & resource loading with EVM analysis along with tracking of material resources up to project store level.
• Diligently assisting Projects Manager in company restructuring through evaluating Company’s Organogram, proposing optimized one with clear career paths, Job descriptions for number of departments & preparing EDMS proposal.
• Successfully produced a comprehensive comparative study of EAM solution that can fulfill company needs by integrating current SAP & Primavera P6 modules & creating transparency across the organization.
• Researched & approached up to 10 EAM service providers and came up with multi parameter matrix for EAM & ERP service provider selection.
• Actively supporting Projects’ Manager in Project Reporting system & Project Controls solution.

• Developed Primavera P6 schedule for Indus hospital project, 10 floor Hospital building with 4 towers & 10 floor ECOL building, Estimated the task durations using standard norms.
• Involved in Contractor Qualification, Project tendering & bidding process for contractors.
• Developed RYK, WTC Rawalpindi & Emporium Mall outlet site Design schedule.
• Developed detailed Construction Schedule and tracked Progress for RYK & Liberty Lahore Outlet.
• Responsible for Project management Knowledge area of HR activities for our client.
