As part of the Project Infrastructure Team, I began my journey in May 2022 as the Construction Lead for the D&B of Trojena Basecamp, SFSP camp & DBFO Tamimi contractor village Trojena. Due to my effective project management skills, technical expertise, leadership, and successful collaboration with key stakeholders, I was progressively promoted to Project Manager. The project activities included early works such as cut and fill based on the approved design, followed by major infrastructure works, substructural and structural works, and MEP work. The construction utilized a precast modular construction method, followed by internal fit‑out and provision of FF&E Items. I conducted inspections with stakeholders and NEOM sectors, including LPFS, ETSD, FM, and NEOM Operations, for the final handover.
Scope of Work Executed
 Early Works: topographic surveys, site clearing, cut & fill, access routes, temporary works, excavation planning.
 Foundations: rebar inspections, concrete pours, curing, waterproofing, anchor bolts; QA tests (slump, cubes).
 Substructure: retaining walls, underground utilities, waterproofing, embedded MEP.
 Superstructure: Cast in‑situ concrete (columns, slabs, beams, shear walls); Structural steel (primary/secondary members, bolting/welding, alignment, fireproofing).
 High‑End Finishing: façade, glazing, joinery, luxury flooring, ceilings, FF&E; MEP 1st/2nd/final fix.
 Handover: commissioning, BIM 360 punch list closure, stakeholder inspections (LPFS, ETSD, FM, Security), NCR closeout.
Project Management Responsibilities
 Directed multidisciplinary teams; enforced NEOM requirements, SBC/BS EN/ASTM compliance and construction details.
 Controlled QA/QC (WIR/MIR/ITPs, redlines, as‑built), NCR management and PQI improvement.
 Approved RAMS, led HSE audits, tracked incidents/near misses; enforced PPE and high‑risk controls.
 Managed schedule, long‑lead procurement, variations and EOT assessments with Contracts/PMC.

Scope of Work Executed
 Early Works: excavation, leveling, piling/ground improvement, temporary works.
 Foundations: raft/pad foundations, waterproofing, concrete QA (mix verification, cubes).
 Substructure: basements, retaining structures, underground services.
 Superstructure: Cast in‑situ concrete structural frames; Structural steel façade/feature elements.
 High‑End Finishing: marble/stone, engineered wood/LVT, curtain wall & glazing, joinery, ceilings; MEP final fix.
 Handover: snagging, T&C, documentation and client acceptance.
