As part of the Project Infrastructure Team, I began my journey in May 2022 as the Construction Lead for the D&B of Trojena Basecamp, SFSP camp & DBFO Tamimi contractor village Trojena. Due to my effective project management skills, technical expertise, leadership, and successful collaboration with key stakeholders, I was progressively promoted to Project Manager. The project activities included early works such as cut and fill based on the approved design, followed by major infrastructure works, substructural and structural works, and MEP work. The construction utilized a precast modular construction method, followed by internal fit‑out and provision of FF&E Items. I conducted inspections with stakeholders and NEOM sectors, including LPFS, ETSD, FM, and NEOM Operations, for the final handover.
Scope of Work Executed
 Early Works: topographic surveys, site clearing, cut & fill, access routes, temporary works, excavation planning.
 Foundations: rebar inspections, concrete pours, curing, waterproofing, anchor bolts; QA tests (slump, cubes).
 Substructure: retaining walls, underground utilities, waterproofing, embedded MEP.
 Superstructure: Cast in‑situ concrete (columns, slabs, beams, shear walls); Structural steel (primary/secondary members, bolting/welding, alignment, fireproofing).
 High‑End Finishing: façade, glazing, joinery, luxury flooring, ceilings, FF&E; MEP 1st/2nd/final fix.
 Handover: commissioning, BIM 360 punch list closure, stakeholder inspections (LPFS, ETSD, FM, Security), NCR closeout.
Project Management Responsibilities
 Directed multidisciplinary teams; enforced NEOM requirements, SBC/BS EN/ASTM compliance and construction details.
 Controlled QA/QC (WIR/MIR/ITPs, redlines, as‑built), NCR management and PQI improvement.
 Approved RAMS, led HSE audits, tracked incidents/near misses; enforced PPE and high‑risk controls.
 Managed schedule, long‑lead procurement, variations and EOT assessments with Contracts/PMC.

Managed two 7‑storey Pavilion buildings and luxury villas with premium architectural finishes and complete MEP scope. Eighteen is the first of its kind in Pakistan, the very first 5 star development by the famous developer ORA Group. I was responsible for 2 of the Pavilion buildings, 1 & 2, and 50 Luxury Villas of different sizes. Each pavilion building was a 7‑storey residential unit with a covered area of 12290m2. And Luxury Villas with an average covered area of 665m2. The Scope includes rich architectural finishes (internal and external façade), Structural works, MEP, landscaping, and infrastructure, and preparation for the handing over of the assets to the client.
Scope of Work Executed
 Early Works: excavation, leveling, piling/ground improvement, temporary works.
 Foundations: raft/pad foundations, waterproofing, concrete QA (mix verification, cubes).
 Substructure: basements, retaining structures, underground services.
 Superstructure: Cast in‑situ concrete structural frames; Structural steel façade/feature elements.
 High‑End Finishing: marble/stone, engineered wood/LVT, curtain wall & glazing, joinery, ceilings; MEP final fix.
 Handover: snagging, T&C, documentation and client acceptance.
Project Management Responsibilities
 Led the team of multi‑disciplinary engineers and 2, 000+ workforce across civil, MEP, QA/QC and HSE.
 Drove QA/QC and HSE culture; ensured sequencing to avoid rework and meet milestones.
 Coordinated STCs, manage long‑lead procurement, progress control and client/consultant interfaces.
 Contracts management (Extension of Time (EOT) and Variation).
 Progress monitoring, control & project delivery.

As a project manager, I was responsible for the construction of A‑type residential buildings (12 Nos with an approximate covered area of (65780 SFT) each with MES (Military Engineering Services) as a client along with all auditorium buildings (34500 SFT) and
infrastructure works (Roads, streets and hard/soft landscaping). As Projects / Coordinator/Manager, my role and responsibilities are.
Scope of Work Executed
 Early Works: site layout, excavation, grading and access planning.
 Foundations: pile caps/rafts, retaining and waterproofing; concrete QA.
 Substructure: basements, tanks, utility networks, MEP embeds.
 Superstructure: Cast in‑situ concrete slabs/beams/cores; Structural steel auditorium roof/assemblies.
 High‑End Finishing: façade, interior fit‑out, HVAC/firefighting, MEP testing.
 Handover: QA/QC dossier, O&M, as‑builts and asset turnover.
Project Management Responsibilities
 Manage construction activities to avoid delays and rework, ensure the teams are coordinated and online with the schedule handing over date with compliance to HSE protocols and QA/QC.
 Directed cross‑functional teams and subcontractors; maintained the progress as per the baseline and in case of any delays drove progress recovery.
 Managed procurement of long‑lead items; coordinated interfaces and technical reviews.
 Maintained QA/QC and HSE compliance; led inspections and approvals.
 Attending meetings with Client and Consultants for progress and issues at site.
 Ensuring that all the requirements are met and enforcing the smooth handover with all compliance as per client standards and requirements

As construction manager my responsibility was to ensure all the teams are aligned with the scope and schedule. Enforcing the coordination among the team members to avoid any reworks and delays. Ensuring all the QA/QC documents are well prepared before start of the activities along with I&TPs and MST, MS, PQDs are
approved and available during the inspection. Enforcing Strick protocols of PPEs and site safety.
 Early Works: managed site preparation, excavation, and temporary utilities for WWTP projects.
 Foundations: supervised mass concrete foundations for tanks, digesters, clarifiers with QA testing.
 Substructure: underground utilities, chambers, waterproofing and backfilling.
 Superstructure: heavy cast in‑situ concrete structures and structural steel for buildings/equipment platforms.
 Finishing: admin/control buildings, epoxy floors, MEP rooms; coordinated testing & commissioning.
 QA/QC & HSE: implemented ITPs, closed NCRs; enforced RAMS, safety audits and incident reporting.

As manager projects my responsibilities include providing guidance and technical support to the designated project team on multiple projects. Ensuring that the teams are aligned with their project schedule timeline and handing over date. Ensuring procurement, supply chain, and operation teams are aligned with the site team to avoid delays. Enforcing and managing coordination meetings among all the team members for smooth communication and delivery. Delivered multiple building/architectural projects end‑to‑end with cost coding and progress reporting systems.

As part of the planning and coordination team for the mainvcontractor with EMAAR Pakistan for construction of residential villas. My role was to implement coordination among the site team, consultant and client. Ensuring that the site team and supporting team are aligned with the targets to avoid delays and reworks.
 Coordinated execution from early works and excavation through superstructure and finishing for housing packages.
 Monitored cast in‑situ concrete quality (rebar, formwork, pours, curing) and structural steel erection.
 Managed QA/QC documentation (WIR/MIR) coordinated inspections and approvals with client/consultant.
 Supported cost control, IPCs and vendor coordination including façade/finishing trades.

Executed civil works from excavation and foundations to tower base construction and shelter buildings.
 Managed substructure works (duct banks, manholes) and steel superstructure for telecom towers.
 Coordinated finishing of equipment rooms, access works and site hardscaping.
 Administered QA/QC inspections, test records and HSE compliance across remote sites.
