The IT implementation in company No. 2, 3 and 4 have been completed from the begging while company No.5 is in progress
-Selecting and arranging the hardwares and softwares for the companies
-Arrangement and follow up the land lines and internet connections with etisalat.
-Connected all the companies via VPN using the same ERP system
-Managing the c panels for supervising the emails accounts and modification in the websites
-Taking backup of database and other necessary data in the companies
-Improved the links and communication between the staff by updating their contacts detail.
-Implemented attendance machine in the company, providing monthly report to the management
-Managing the day to day issues coming in all the 5 companies
-Taking care of all the IT stuff including cameras, PABX, Attendance machines & barcode printers

-Separated the wifi and guest network via DMZ to avoid unauthorized access to the LAN
