• Preparing Monthly Financial statement for the Directors after completion all procedures related to finalisation of accounts.
• Preparing monthly payroll, handling cash flow management, invoicing and processing statement of accounts for list of payments that are needed to be followed up.
• Making Reconciliation of Revenues received, Reconciliation of Sales Ledger/Sundry Debtors, month end or yearend journals and also entries for goods issue and receipts.
• Keeping track of inventory, projecting allocation of labour cost; besides assisting the Administration Manager on recruitment related functions, visa processing, scheduling of vacation leaves and constructing the leave settlement.
• Preparing weekly statement of debtors and liaison with sales people to speedy recovery of outstanding
• Preparing letters to various organisations in connection with daily operations of the company.
• Opening letter of credits and monitoring full utilization of bank facility available with various bank.
• Managing and designing filing of all documents as it will enable speedy retrieval of documents for various references.
• Liaison with Auditors as it will enable them to complete auditing as early as possible.
• Keep vigil on backlog of works wherever it arise and helping out them to complete the jobs.
Supervision of Accounts Dept. and periodical reporting.
