• Led the design of a five hundred km electricity transit chain to meet the power demands of the South zone in Kazakhstan. Oversaw the upgrade of two existing substations and the creation of three new substations operating at five hundred kV.
• Conducted comprehensive feasibility studies for major power grid projects, including the "Strengthening of the five hundred-two hundred twenty kV electrical grid in the Southern zone of the Kazakhstan power grid" and the "Integration of the West zone power system with Kazakhstan" involving a six hundred km overhead line and a five hundred kV substation.
• Directed the development of advanced grid control projects at the local grid operating company in Kazakhstan, overseeing projects namely the "Modernization of the automatic frequency and power flow control system" and the "Modernization of the SCADA/EMS system" for the national power supply network. Achieved operational efficiency and reliability improvements by implementing state-of-the-art control algorithms and integrating new functionalities into the SCADA/EMS system. Resulted in a ten percent improvement in system responsiveness and efficiency.
• Led the design of multiple photovoltaic solar power stations including projects with capacities of one hundred MW, fifty MW, three MW, and five MW.
• Spearheaded the design of wind farms in Kazakhstan, including a fifty MW facility and a two hundred six MW facility.
• Managed international project management for the one hundred ten-thirty five kV electrical substations for "Telasi" JSC in Georgia.
• Provided expert guidance and consultation to Masdar for securing technical connection conditions for wind power plants totaling five hundred MW in Kazakhstan. Facilitated efficient communication between Masdar and Kazakh authorities, resulting in a one-month reduction in permitting time.
• Led the development of a comprehensive feasibility study for designing a DC line to address power deficits in the Southern zone of the Unified Electric Power System of Kazakhstan.
• Managed the design process for a two hundred twenty/one hundred ten/ten kV substation connected to two hundred twenty kV transmission lines in Kazakhstan.
• Spearheaded the design of the two hundred twenty kV Power transmission line outlet “Makinsk - Mining and Metallurgical Complex” in Kazakhstan.
• Led a multi-disciplinary team of engineers to design and deliver a comprehensive plan for reinforcing Turkestan's (Kazakhstan) external power grid. This plan included upgrades to existing substations and the addition of new one hundred ten kV transmission lines, resulting in a twenty percent increase in power capacity for the growing city.
• Spearheaded the design of a closed one hundred ten/ten kV substation with a one hundred ten kV cable line in Shymkent, Kazakhstan.
• Managed the design of a critical one hundred ten/ten kV substation with a one hundred ten kV underground cable line in Shymkent, Kazakhstan.
