-1. Managing the performance evaluation cycle over the year, which is based on S.M.A.R.T x2 Objectives, to ensure goal alignment, achievement/quality Progress and calibration During the Year in addition to reporting results and recommendations to top management.
2. Conduct Training need analysis based on competency and performance gaps the generating yearly training plan.
3. Manage and control training plan analyzing training investment and ROI based on Training Objectives, KPI’s and performance trending lines pre/post training.
4. Develop succession plan and talent assessments and provide support for the practical implementation and integrate the plan with training plan (On Job and Off Job).
5. Set and review HR policies of recruitment, training and other administration policies, insuring effectiveness, efficiency and flexibility to optimize business needs in the dynamic environment and generalize policies to all Arabian Peninsula branches with including policies in QMS ISO 9001:2015 as I am playing the role of department representative.
6. Build and Manage the Manpower yearly plan distributed into Quarters with drawing organizational structure (Requested Positions, Position Filled, vacancies) with integrate it with talent assessment and succession plan.
7. Leadership development team member. This team is one of many teams work together to achieve the Lean Manufacturing Level (zero waste, 1 team and 100% engagement). My responsibilities is to optimize HR tools with team objectives, and achieve leadership development KPI’s related to HR tools.
8. Conduct and Supervise Job analysis, Reviewing and controlling Job Descriptions/Job Success profiles insuring compliance with official Nestle and Hay Group standards.
9. Conduct Job Evaluation with benchmarking to insure Job weighting alignment and calibration.
10. Participate in Analyzing Compensation and benefits Competitiveness in the market supported by Hay Group.
11. Reporting Internal Integrity of compensation and benefits.
12. Conduct, Analyze and reporting employee engagement survey in a scientific manner.
13. Other administration and HRM related follow ups supporting other departments related to HR field.
14- Develop Employee Handbook that includes all needed policies, rules and regulation to link employee behaviors with organizational culture.

10- Specialist in Surveys and Data Analysis using the SPSS software (satisfaction survey, job involvement surveys, etc).
11- Attendance and working hours/mandays monitoring and reporting (shifts based).
12- Conduct motivation system that comprises employees prizes and trips.
13- Develop drafts of HR policies and work flows.
14- Draw organizational structure, organizational succession plan map using the Microsoft Visio software.
15- Manage HR projects of computerizing HR practices and policies with partnering IT Department.
16- Partner departments to develop competencies dictionaries and talents distributions and SWOT analysis.
