Managing a team of 11 staff members. The administration unit is divided into several areas according to ICD and its staff needs. Translations, Facility Management, Travel & Event, Government Relations, Transportation and finally Procurement Management.

- Overseeing the management of ICD facilities (buildings, office equipment, furniture etc.)
- Overseeing the maintenance of ICD facilities and infrastructure, coordinating and appointing consultants or contractors to rectify inadequacies if any.
- Overseeing the management of the travel desk assistance function for ICD employees (travel, taxi, hotel, conferences, car rentals, visa, petty cash etc.) by monitoring service quality and volumes.
- Supervising the Administration Officers in conducting feasibility analysis of alternate vendors for the Banks hospitality and procurement needs, and approving selection decisions in a manner that secures efficient investment of ICD funds.
- Ensuring employee queries and requests on administration services are addressed in a timely manner and as per stipulated levels of quality.
- Overseeing the provisions of housekeeping services at ICD, by ensuring ICD staff deliver a high quality of service on day to day maintenance and housekeeping processes.
- Ensuring that safety and security guidelines are upheld and escalations on vendor management for the outsourced security providers, to ensure continuity of service.
- Ensuring that a high level of quality are maintained for ICD, s hospitality services.
- Coordinating with government relations to ensure timely processing of related requests and resolutions.
- Manage the relations between the ICD and other staff outsourcing partners, to make sure terms of reference, payment, and other activities are properly managed.
- Manage the procurement process in the ICD through SAP system and according to the rules of the organization.
- Formulating budgets for the administration division in conjunction with the organizational budget, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence.
- Making sure that all translations of reports/documents are done accurately and within a specific time period.
- Ensuring that all visa requests work/ missions sorted out on a prioritized accordingly.
- Ensuring a healthy & comfortable working environment.
- Making sure that all events are done in different and exciting way then previously.
- Providing staff with details of service providers that give discounted or good rates i.e. car rentals, travel agents, Real estate agents and compounds.
