-Working as a Site Mechanical Engineer in Upgrading the Fire Water System at Juaymah NGL Fractionation Plant (Saudi Aramco).

-Revising Material Take Off List based on the scope of work, Saudi Aramco standards and specifications, construction design drawings and tie-in lists
-Preparing required site activity lists
-Preparing the project method of statement
-Preparing Project Segment Plan based on standards, specifications and calculations
-Preparing Project Segment Forecasts based on standards, specifications and calculations
- Visiting site for progress checkups
-Preparing weekly reports of site construction progress
-Addressing punch lists (PMCC)
-Issuing Redline Drawings
Studying Saudi Aramco Materials System Specifications (SAMSS).
Getting introduced to different skids (ARS, CIS, GMS and OPTF) and their purposes. Learning about the structural steels fabricated and noting the material grade and specification of each.
Performing cutting, fit up and final dimension inspection of miscellaneous steel parts based on standards, our cutting plan and issued fabrication drawings.
Reviewing engineering drawings.
Reviewing COCs with PO.
