Leading Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly book closing activities under proper financial accounting methods for ENOC subsidiaries like Horizon
Emirates Terminals LLC (HETL), Horizon Emirates Terminals LLC Distribution (HETLD), and Horizon Emirates Jebel Ali Terminals
Petroleum (HEJP) by using SAP HANA S4
Finalization of monthly P & L and balance sheet and perform financial analysis on budget vs actual and close financial dashboard under
SAP BPC on 5th working day of every month to group finance.
Updating monthly OPEX & CAPEX sheet, compare with budget or target and identify the variance.
Allocation of common cost of HETL entities to all other division through SAP S4 and BPC MR.
Capitalization of CWIP for all Bus under HETL under SAP S4 & Oracle R12 ERP.
Devising Management Report for HETL Distribution & Horizon Emirates Jebel Ali Terminals as well as information & presentation slides
as required to update the senior management.
Prepare Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecasts while ensuring the assumptions used are aligned with Group's growth policy.
Review Trial balance regularly to ensure that accurate and complete financial records are being maintained.
Review and analysis accruals and provisions on monthly basis
Assisting Finance manager & IT in implementation of financial systems & reporting systems to supervise & render financial insight into
business operations.
Using BPC & IBM Cognos Controller Reporting Tool to file GRF (Group Reporting Forms) for different companies
Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing
corrective actions
Checking and Approving Opex and Capex Purchase Requisition as per system DOA.
Assisting FSS team verification of fixed assets across HETL on yearly basis and identify assets which are damaged or sold for write off
purpose.
Liaising with Internal, External Auditors and preparation of annual Audited Financial Statement
Ensure compliance with IFRS requirement resulting from introduction/revision of accounting standards.
Review of Intercompany outstanding balances and guide to branch finance analyst to clear outstanding balances

Directing entire gamut of financial operations and evaluating organization’s financial performance; conducting financial analysis, developing financial planning processes and structuring & implementing the overall commercial plans
Monitoring & updating purchase invoices from group companies & third parties for EPPCO Aviation, ENOC Commercial Distribution (ECD) and ENOC Bunkering International (EBI)
Leading month-end closing accounting functions including adjustment / accrual entries using ERP Oracle R12 for BUs like EPPCO Projects, ENOC Commercial Distribution and ENOC Bunkering International
Using IBM Cognos Controller Reporting Tool to file GRF (Group Reporting Forms) for different companies
Administering:
o Capitalization of CWIP for all BUs and preparing monthly financial statements (income statement and balance sheet)
o Tasks related to budget preparation for pricing and developing proposal for new prospects
Devising Management Report for EPPCO projects as well as information & presentation slides as required to update the senior management for ECD & EBI
Contributing in project closing and checking volume dashboard for all BUs under ENOC Marketing LLC
Developing GL schedules and reconciling CIP with GL; managing reconciliation of product purchases for ECD & EBI from ENOC Supply and Trading Company
Supporting formulation of annual budget and rolling out forecast for various marketing companies
Preparing CAPEX Report for ECD as per group finance request
Updating price contract for EPPCO Aviation customers
Conducting Joint Industry Fuel Farm recharging on a quarterly basis
Assisting Finance Controller & IT in implementation of financial systems & reporting systems to supervise & render financial insight into business operations
Supervising CAPEX & OPEX planning process with emphasis on providing reliability in services, reducing costs, improving gross margins, revenue earning capacity and profitability
Undertaking financial analysis, internal & regulatory reporting, accounting operations and forecasting functions; steering overall accounting operations & audits for the organization
Understanding new business / changes in existing business and analyzing impact thereof on financials and suggesting accounting treatment
