• Reporting to Maintenance Manager.
• Generating maintenance job plan on daily basis comprised of Preventive maintenance, Break down maintenance, and other planned jobs.
• Delegation of jobs to the technicians and monitoring job status.
• Planning preventive Maintenance.
• Execution break down jobs on receipt of complaint slips and close the complaint slips on completion of breakdown jobs with minimum timeframe.
• Preparation of weekly and Monthly maintenance reports for management review.
• Raising corrective action reports for all breakdown jobs.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots difficult and complicated technical problems.
• Periodic monitoring of the spare parts stock and preparing of Purchase Requisition.
• Supervising preventive, Predictive, Breakdown maintenance and overhauling of machineries like Tetra Pak Homogeninzer TA-25, TA-300, Bran Lube-Alfa Laval SHL-20 and APV-SPX Homogenizers; Alfa laval, TETRA Pak, Alfa Laval And GEA-Westfalia Separators; Federal, Fogg, Trepko BWI Filling machines;TORQ auto capping machines, Krones, P.E and EME Labeling Machines; POSIMAT and PACE bottle feed machines; Different types of Pumps and Valves; PHE and THE; Agitators, Mixing and Blending Machines; Boilers, Air Compressors and utility plant etc.
• Was responsible to promote company’s products, such as Industrial Machineries, Pumps, and Valves Etc.
• Liaised with Sales and Service Department; monitored Service technicians and engineers.
• Attended customer complaints within time and resolving day-to-day issues for all customers; conducted
customer meets at regular intervals and responding their feed backs.
• Created technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Established new machineries and carried out pre-delivery inspections before installation at the clients.

• Handled Installation and Maintenance of Biscuit, cornflakes, Breads, Hamburger, Finger rolls, Donuts, Sweet rolls, Processing and Packaging Machineries, Proffers, Electric and Gas Ovens, Different types of conveyors and drives, Gas and Steam Regulating valves, Hydraulic drives, Cooling Systems.
• Handled trouble shooting and complete overhauling of Cavana, Ulma Packaging Machines.
• Handled supervision and Maintenance of Gas lines, Gas ovens, Different types Valves and equipments related to gas lines and bakery Industry.
• Rendered technical assistance and direction to all staff performing work which include meeting of material requirements and procedures.
• Checked the entire spare parts of plant equipments present in the engineering store and placed order for additional spare parts as required. Directed and controlled spare parts usage and overtime.
• Coordinated with all maintenance technicians to ensure a good communication on maintenance issues.
