Study project proposals
Meet with the client to understand the project in detail.
Coordinating with client authority for approvals.
Conduct site visits if necessary and taking Measurements for the as build.
Coordinate with team members to obtain drawings and other documents required for authority submission.
Upload required project documents to Meps
Preparing of architectural, Civil Defense drawings for approval.
Issuing Building Permit through Meps system
Arranging the planning and scheduling of work.
Coordinating engineering work with other disciplines such as Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical contractors etc.
Assisting with planning requirements.
Identifying and managing risks within my area of responsibility.
Inspecting and visiting sites to check on the quality of work being undertaken.
Handling routine contract administration paperwork’s.
Assisting in maintaining weekly and monthly project reporting and tracking.
Coordinating more than one project at a time.
Excellent communication skill and able to work closely with both clients and other specialists such as Architects and building contractors.

Working with the Project Manager in managing project cost, scope, and schedule and
monitors and reports on variances.
Conducting steel inspections after the contractor finishes the steel works at the site.
