Marketing Executive:
- Oversee day to day marketing activities for the 4 brands
- Work alongside key departments; operations, trainers, procurement and finance to ensure all Marketing requirements are met to ensure successful campaigns.
- Coordinate with malls for any marketing activities related to the brands
- Coordinate with Marketing Team on daily basis to ensure tasks are carried out
- Overlook and manage social media on a daily basis for the brands
- Represent the brands when holding or attending events
Graphic Design:
- Designing marketing collateral for all 4 brands
- Ensure all marketing collateral is updated and within brand guidelines
- Design new collateral on a monthly basis for promotions, newsletters etc.
- Design content for Social Media Feed
- In charge of maintaining the company’s various websites
- Brief suppliers and printers ensuring work is done on time and within budget
Typical work activities include:
+ Preparing Project Reports + Tender Documents
+ Building Digital 3D Models + Rendering & Visualization
+ Involved in Concept + Schematic Design
+ Drafting Construction Drawings
+ Designing artwork for various client products, and layouts.
+ Representing and ensuring clients needs are met in the design department.
+ Overseeing the design of plastic orders.
+ Overseeing the ongoing accounting and purchasing. + Supervising work done by different departments
+ Worked as a Landscape Consultant on Flaming Tree Ridge at Jumeirah Golf Estates. + Worked on this project with Mott MacDonald, the Project management Consultants.
+ Responsibilities included site inspections, reviewing Shop Drawings and As Built draw- ings, ensuring the smooth completion of tasks, carrying out administrative duties, and dealing with the Landscape Contractor to resolve any issues.
+ Assisted Senior Architect, Mirco Urban in designing and produced models of projects. + Involved in the design team, aided the design process by making models and presenta- tions for projects.
+ Worked alongside a team to produce several study models of the project, which can be seen on the company’s website.
