Job Responsibilities
• Preparation of BOQ from drawings and specifications.
• To update the cost and quantity implication due to the drawing revision.
• To maintaining records of quantities of work carried out by the General Contractor.
• To check quantities of work appearing in the General Contractor's monthly claims for partial payments.
• Proposal of new rates for deviations.
• Quantity verification and evaluation of subcontractor's progress measurements, claims and variations.
• Review of subcontractor's invoices and preparation of payment certificates.
• Progress Payment Calculation and Invoice Preparation.
• Monthly evaluation of Labor cost.
• Preparing estimation for contractual variation orders.
• Unit rate and Lump sum rate proposals for the additional works.
• Preparing change proposals and change orders for claiming the extra works.
• Progress updating and productivity analysis.
• Maintain the proper filing system for the corresponding engineering drawings, incoming and outgoing documents.


Piping: Working for Oil & Gas projects exposed to work for various classified piping related works LTCS, CS, SS, Duplex SS etc., where thousands of ISO's are handled for measurement. -Ease for estimation of piping works and tracking the test packs etc.,
