Current Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
Job Responsibilities included the following:
• Preventive maintenance inspection & corrective maintenance.
• Preparing required electrical spare parts & technical reports.
• Installation and commissioning of new production lines and new machines that improve productivity and quality required.
• Design and implementation of automatic control panels that help in upgrading production lines that develop the performance and efficiency of machines and equipment which help to increase the production quantities and quality required from our clients.
• Procurement engineer for spare parts on SAP system \{create (purchase & service) orders, release and good receipt\}.
Job Responsibilities included the following:
•Preventive maintenance inspection & corrective maintenance.
•Preparing required electrical spare parts & technical reports.
•Maintenance & troubleshooting machines.
•Installing and calibrating Inverters, Photocells & weighing machines.
•Design and implementation of automated control panels and distribution of electrical energy.
Sponsors & Instruments which we deal with:
•STORK technical services, YORK official heating & air conditioning sponsor, GEA CFS for meat manufacturing.
•Danfoss Inverters, Eliwell Temperature controller (PT100).
•General Electric, Schneider Electric (Telemecanique) & Merlin Gerin of different electrical equipments.
All of the previous responsibilities help in upgrading production lines that develop the performance and efficiency of machines and equipments which help to increase the production quantities and quality required by applying different quality systems such as ISO (9001, 18001, 22000), HACCP & GMP.
Job Responsibilities included the following:
•Maintenance & troubleshooting machines in the factory.
•Design and implementation of automated control panels and distribution of electrical energy.
