scope of work
Manage and provide EHS mitigation solutions
Conduct Inspections which includes (Building Management System), R&R (Rental & Replacement)
Prepare compliance and non-compliance reports.
Conduct Risk Assessment & Job Safety Analysis
Conduct Incident investigations and Incident root cause analysis.
Responsible to guide and support the lifting Operations leader to comply with government regulations and OSHA standards in the western region.
Lead monthly meetings with all LOB Managers with QHSE Manager discussing shortfalls, High Risks, and method of improvements.
Prepare & Present reports in monthly meeting with Directors and Regional Managers
Suggest appropriate corrective actions to avoid reoccurrence.
Actively conduct awareness sessions which includes TBT & Enforce Safety Policy and train Contractors & Sub Contractors.
Oversee implementation of Safety Program and create best practices
to assess performance and develop opportunities for improvement
Develop, review and update standard operating procedures related to food and worker safety
Ensure a workplace culture that understands, appreciates and implements safety
practices
Manage, direct and supervise the Warehouse Sanitation Team and traffic team
manage and direct a team to implement a safety program that meets all regulatory requirements and company goals
working with department managers and staff to develop and implement an effective food and worker safety program, including training programs that address regulatory requirements and company standards for safety.
Developing communication resources to keep managers and staff informed about safety laws, regulations and company initiatives;
manage safety manuals, record keeping, data collection, incident record and investigation
My scope of work
Maintaining and Implementing Company’s HSE Policy.
• To ensure Occupational Health and Safety legal compliance.
• Coordinate with In-charge Hse for Safety requirements and follow up.
• Inspection of workplace on routine basis to observe all safety rules and regulations.
• Inspection of workplace to identify hazards and take corrective actions and report.
• Inspection of all kind of equipment and ensure that they are certified for use.
• Inspection on routine basis to maintain good housekeeping in all the area.
• Inspection of safety sign boards and warning tapes to avoid accidents.
• Inspection of fire extinguishers and first-aid kits on monthly basis.
• Arranging Fire and Safety demonstration and training programs
• Preparing weekly and monthly Hse reports
• Conduct weekly tool box meetings at the worksite.
• Accidents/Incidents Investigation and reporting.
• Keeping and maintaining record of all Hse documents
